Price for a standard home inspection will be $325.00 beginning February 1, 2012

Worona Home Inspections has a minimum fee of $325.00 for a standard Home inspection, if the home is valued at $100,000 or less.  The fee increases $5.00 for every $10,000 increase in home cost.

Example: A $145,000 home has an fee of: $325.00 + ($5.00 X $50,000/$10,000) = $350.00

A "Component" Inspection is utilized for Single element inspections (ex: roof, basement. electrical, etc..) or multiple inspections. Cost of a single component is $100.00. Each additional component is $75.00. 

We offer Senior Citizen discounts.

Note: We will not turn anyone away that is having difficulty with inspection costs. We will make proper adjustments.

Duplex Inspection: $400.00

Multi-Unit Approximation: $325 + $50 per each unit.

Ex: 4 plex: $325 + $50 + $50 + $50 = $475.00

Mobile Homes: $200.00

Commercial Building: $350.00 +.

Approximation: .10 cents times the Square foot. Ex: .1 X 12,000 ft2 = $1,200.00
